  1. Do you maintain stock for all your Fabrics?

All Uncommon’s fabrics are Made to order. As most of our fabrics are intricately hand embroidered and posses a high value so we don’t maintain inventories of our Fabrics. But we make sure to deliver these fabrics within stipulated timelines.

  1. Is there a required minimum order size?

Yes. The minimum order size is 6 meters.

  1. Does the color of the fabric I see on my screen correspond to the actual color?

We do our best to describe a fabric’s color in each description we write. Before uploading to the website, we test our photos on several custom calibrated monitors to minimize color mismatch. However, colors may vary depending upon your monitor settings. If you have doubts about the color of the fabric, please consult our customer service. You can also order samples of the fabrics you like, which will be a true representation of texture, color, and brightness.

  1. What do I do if I can't find what I'm looking for?

Please fill our Enquiry Form and we will get back to you at lightning speed. We have a dedicated team who will get in touch with you personally to understand your needs. Our design & sales teams also work closely with the customers to develop custom designs for their special requirements.

  1. Can I buy fabrics at wholesale rates?

Yes, we make considerations for wholesale purchases that are 20 meters or more, depending on the fabric type. Please Contact at support@uncommon.global or call us at +911244031946 for any bulk order related queries.

  1. Do you offer free sampling?

Regretfully, we are unable to supply free sampling for any of our Fabrics. We do provide one free swatch to our new member. Please read about our Swatches and Samples.

  1. Do you offer customisation?

Yes, we welcome any customisation request from our buyers. Contact  us and we will get back to you at lightning speed.

  1. Are you socially complied?

We are a CRAFTMARK certified company. Craftmark helps denote genuine Indian handicrafts, develop sector-wide minimum standards and norms for labelling a product as a handicrafts product, and increase consumer awareness of distinct handicraft traditions. Please read more about Craftmark.

We also use raw-materials that comply with REACH standards to manufacture our fabrics and we are constantly working to further improve it. Please stay in touch with us and please subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

  1. Can you guarantee the shipping dates you give?

While we do guarantee to meet the shipping date, we will not agree to late penalty fees if circumstances we have no control over result in a delay.

Any number of situations beyond our control can occur, leading to a delivery date delay: adverse weather conditions, goods being held by customs, problems at the mill with knitting/dyeing/quality control, etc.  We always endeavour to deliver for the date we have quoted, however we do not agree to be penalised in the event of any of the above-mentioned situations arising.   1. What forms of payment do you accept?

Uncommon accepts the payments vis all major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal and Internet Banking.

  1. Are there any additional charges?

There will be no hidden charges. For any customised need we will charge you accordingly and inform you before finalising the order. Please read about our Shipping Costs.

  1. Do you provide test reports?

Uncommon provide Test Reports for Bulk order only (20 meters & above) on buyer’s cost.

For Small orders It is the responsibility of the purchaser to test our fabrics to establish the suitability of a product for their own specific use and market regulations. Uncommon provides 'wash care' instructions, fabric weight, width etc, for each of their fabrics but again customers are advised to test fabrics prior to cutting for suitability in this area.

Uncommon cannot be held responsible for any problems which may arise as a result of non-testing at the sample stage.

  1. Can I wash fabrics?

We recommend that you dry clean the garments made of Uncommon’s fabrics.

  1. What if I need to modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Please mail us at support@uncommon.global or call us at +911244031946 and we will be more than happy to help you with your order.

  1. What shall I do if I don’t receive my order in time?

Once the order is ready for shipment, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time and provide a tracking number so that you can track your parcel. If you haven’t received your order in time, you can contact the logistics company directly and ask them to update you on the status of your order, or you can write an e-mail to Uncommon customer service. We will assist you in getting your order as soon as possible.

  1. Can I return the order?

Return is possible only in the event a fabric has manufacturing critical defect. If a fabric damages in shipping, then claim can be obtained from logistics company. Please note that after 30 days from your original invoice date, we will no longer consider items for return. Please read our Return Policy.

  1. What should I do if my order still hasn't arrived?

Contact us immediately at +911244031946. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
