SHIPPING TERMS

Uncommon ships through trusted logistic partners (like Fedex, DHL, UPS, Blue Dart) and ensures that your ordered items reach you safely.

Your orders usually arrive at your shipping address in 3-7 business days after the dispatch. If the items in your order have different shipping timelines, we will consolidate the order and ship once the entire order is ready. In case, for a special reason, you need your items to arrive in multiple shipments, so that the faster items reach you first, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate the request.

Tracking is available on all shipped orders. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Business days are counted Monday to Saturday except public holidays. Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where you are usually present between 10 am to 6 pm on business days.

Our Logistic partners helps in Custom Clearance of your ordered goods in your country. In some cases, you may be required to furnish additional documents if asked by custom officials of your country.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the order, as well as the place of receipt, and will be set once the order is prepared for shipment and accepted by the delivery service. We will recommend you courier services available for your country.

Attention:

  1. Shipping costs are not included in the cost of the order and are calculated separately.
  2. Additional import taxes, duties and fees may be levied by the customs authority in accordance with the current laws of the destination country. We recommend that you check for the regulations applicable to the receipt of purchased goods in your country before placing the order.
  3. Order is shipped upon advance payment only.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are issued for production within 48 hours. Orders are issued for production Monday through Saturday. In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. The Minimum Lead time for any product to get ready for shipment is 4 weeks and it can get extended as per the intricacy of design & volume ordered by customers which will be communicated to you at time of order confirmation.

 

LIABILITY

Once the courier company has accepted the order, it is held liable for its delivery and preservation.

Uncommon is not responsible for a failure to execute or improper execution of an order caused by neglect or default of courier companies or post and force major circumstances, as well as incorrect or incomplete information specified by the customer.
